XSR48 wows visitors as it debuts at the Dubai International Boat Show
The XSR48 – the world's fastest production diesel engine powerboat - has made its Middle East debut at the Dubai International Boat Show, running until March 15th at Dubai International Marine Club.

The superboat's regional debut follows XSMG World's highly successful pre-launch test of the market at last year's show.

"The Middle East is the world's primary emerging market and at last year's show we tested the water with brochures and models. This year we are back, and will exhibit, for the first time anywhere, the first finished production XSR48," said XSMG World CEO, Ian Sanderson.

XSMG World's flagship vessel stands out from the crowd with unique design features and performance capabilities complimented by a sleek, spacious interior.

"Displaying a rare synergy of form and function, the XSR48's iconic, F1-style architecture exudes dynamism even when static and it is certain to make waves at marinas across the Middle East," said Sanderson.

Before heading to the Dubai International Marine Club, there was time to test the capabilities of the first production boat in the waters of the Persian Gulf. For those unable to visit the show stand you can see the photographs on the website now.

The boat show is a prelude to the official launch of the XSR48 in the Middle East which is to take place at the Park Hyatt Dubai on 17th March in the presence of HRH Prince Michael of Kent. The event is supported by The Private Office of The National Bank of Dubai and International Legal Consultants, and will enable guests to see the XSR48 in action.
