THE XSR RANGE

XSR HIGH SPEED INTERCEPTOR 9m, 12m, 13m

Long range High Speed Interceptor (HSI) patrol and pursuit vessel with covert detection functions in Territorial Zone and Continguous Zone waters, or offshore operations when paired with other larger XSR vessels or a mother ship. 2-4 operational crew (plus 4 arrest/transit seats in cockpit).
Options for twin inboard diesel engines with surface drive or waterjet propulsion for sustained high speed performance, or a choice of 3-4 outboard
engines for shorter patrol transits. Cruising speed 30 knots, top speed 60-73 knots. Range 400-600nm. Can be specified for airborne deployment
from C130.

XSR VERY HIGH SPEED INTERCEPTOR 15m, 17m

Covert Very High Speed Interdiction (VHSI) vessel built to detect, deter, identify, intercept, interdict and resolve more targets in less time per mission. Equipped to remain on station with a crew of 4 boat systems operatives, tracking a threat covertly from 12-72 hours. Powered by 2-3 inboard diesel engines with surface drives or waterjet propulsion. As a long range troop carrier and insertion vessel with a crew of 3 (2 boat systems operatives and 1 command and controller operating remote weapons suite), it can seat a further 10 commandos/special forces, deployed to beach landing sites from bow section using a cockpit-controlled landing ramp (water jet propulsion only). The 17m version is the minimum required size for ‘Special Projects’ capability (see below). Capable of 75-80 knots. Range of 400-1000nm. Suitable for airborne deployment from a C17.

XSR ‘SPECIAL PROJECTS’ INTERCEPTOR 19m, 25m

Designed to undertake missions that require the entire capabilities of the XSR Interceptor range - ‘Above and Below Water Capability’. Ergonomically designed with a capacity for significantly higher payloads, powered by inboard water jets or surface drive propulsion. for extended range. With a crew of 4 (2 boat systems operatives, 1 command and controller and 1 remote detection and defence/attack systems operator), the XSR 19m can seat a further 12-16 commandos/special forces, the XSR 25m a further 20-24, deployed to beach landing sites from bow section (as above) or using two inflatables from the stern. Top speeds of 70 knots. Larger fuel tanks for extended range in excess of 1000nm at 30 knot cruising speed.
